Merchant Opportunities - Gaited Gallery

We are so excited for the 88th Annual Lexington Junior League Charity Horse Show, which will be held July 8-13th at the Rolex Stadium at the beautiful Kentucky Horse Park. We would love for you to consider joining us!

Each Gaited Gallery vendor will be included in the digital program app and on the website. We will also spotlight each vendor on our social media platforms. After an application is submitted, each applicant will be notified if a vendor booth is available. An invoice for the remaining balance will be included in the notification, to be paid within 30 days. Not all vendor applicants will be able to host a booth during the show. Historical vendors will be given priority in both booth availability and location selection.

Gaited Gallery will be open during evening classes from 7:00-10:00pm. It is also encouraged for vendors to be open during morning classes on Saturday, July 13 from 9:00-11:00am. All vendor spaces will be open air and without climate control. Security will patrol the area between 10:00pm and 7:00am.

All Gaited Gallery vendors will receive: 

  • One (1) 6' skirted or unskirted table
  • Two (2) folding chairs
  • One weeklong admissions wristband
  • One weeklong parking pass

We encourage you to bring any additional items that you might need. Additional weeklong admissions wristbands and parking passes are available for purchase while supplies last. 

If interested in participating in our Gaited Gallery, vendors can submit a vendor application online.

After full payment has been remitted, each Gaited Gallery participant will receive an email with booth assignment, set up times, show times, and other pertinent information about the event. Upon check-in during the week of the show, you will be provided with additional information as well as a parking pass to place in your vehicle.
