Merchant Opportunities - Gaited Gallery

We are so excited for the 87th Annual Lexington Junior League Charity Horse Show, which will be held July 10-15th at the Rolex Stadium at the beautiful Kentucky Horse Park. We would love for you to consider joining us!

The earlybird application deadline for the 2023 Gaited Gallery is April 30 at 11:59 pm. All booth prices will increase beginning May 1. Vendor spaces are first come first serve with an application and deposit.

On the application you will need to select your preferred booth size and space. Each Gaited Gallery vendor will be included in the digital program app and on the website. We will also spotlight each vendor on our social media platforms.

We’d also like to invite your business to purchase an ad in our Prize List. The Prize List is promoted on our social media channels and sent out to over 6,000 saddlebred industry members. Your ad must be purchased and ad materials sent by March 15th. If interested, please purchase your ad here:  


After the earlybird application deadline, each applicant will be notified within two weeks if a vendor booth is available. An invoice for the remaining balance will be included in the notification, to be paid within 30 days. Not all vendor applicants will be able to host a booth during the show. Historical vendors will be given priority in both booth availability and location selection.

This year's Gaited Gallery will be open during evening classes. It is also encouraged for vendors to be open during morning classes on Saturday, July 15. All vendor spaces will be open air and without climate control. All Gaited Gallery vendors will receive: 

  • One (1) 6' skirted table
  • Two (2) folding chairs
  • One weeklong admissions wristband
  • One weeklong parking pass

We encourage you to bring any additional items that you might need. Security will patrol the area 24/7. Additional weeklong admissions wristbands and parking passes are available for purchase while supplies last. 

After full payment has been remitted, each Gaited Gallery participant will receive an email with booth assignment, set up times, show times, and other pertinent information about the event. Upon check-in during the week of the show, you will be provided with additional information as well as a parking pass to place in your vehicle.
