Merchant Opportunities/Gaited Gallery

Last year was unlike anything we’ve seen before and we cannot thank each of you who continued to support our efforts during an unprecedented time. While we were grateful to be able to put on a show last year, we think we can all agree we’re ready to start taking steps back towards the show we all know and love. As we continue to ease back into the traditional show experience, we are thrilled to share with you that we will be welcoming vendors back to our Gaited Gallery for the 2021 Lexington Junior League Charity Horse Show!

This year’s show will be held July 12-17 at the Kentucky Horse Park and we would love for you to consider joining us. In accordance with current USEF and Kentucky guidelines, our show will have limited spectators. The primary patrons allowed at Kentucky Horse Park during the show will be associated with our different stables and competitors. As guidelines continue to evolve, updates will be available on our website and will be communicated to vendors directly.

Also, vendor space will be limited to allow for physical distancing. As such, the process will feel a little different this year than in years past. The application deadline is midnight on May 15, 2021. After the deadline, each applicant will be notified within two weeks if a vendor booth is available. Not all vendor applicants will be able to host a booth during the show. Historical vendors will be given priority in both booth availability and location selection.

This year’s Gaited Gallery will again be open during both the morning and evening classes. The booth fee, due June 15, includes the following:

  • (1) 6’ table

  • (2) folding chairs

  • (1) 110 volt outlet

  • (1) booth identification sign

  • vehicle pass

  • vendor pass

Vendors will not be provided with drape and all vendor spaces will be open air and without climate control. We encourage you to bring any additional items that you might need. Security will patrol the area 24/7.

Each Gaited Gallery vendor will be included in the digital program app and on the Junior League website. We will also continue spotlighting each vendor on our social media platforms!
